Starting in an entry-level position, Brad worked his way up to become the General Manager of Schwarz Partners Packaging Miami, bringing a wealth of hands-on industry knowledge to his leadership role. Since joining SPP Miami in 2015 as Plant Manager, he has been instrumental in the company’s remarkable growth, transforming it from a two-shift operation into a thriving facility running three full production shifts.

Viola Ramey has been an integral part of Schwarz Partners Packaging Miami (formerly Interstate Container Miami) since 2001, when she joined as a staff accountant. Her dedication and expertise led to her promotion to controller in September 2013, where she now oversees financial operations with a focus on precision and efficiency. Viola graduated with a BA in Accounting from Queens College, CUNY, in Queens, NY, providing her with a strong foundation for her financial career. She is known for fostering a collaborative work environment and cherishes the strong team spirit at SPP Miami, where colleagues feel like family. Born in Taipei, Taiwan, and having spent her high school years in the Dominican Republic, Viola brings a unique multicultural perspective to her work. Her unwavering dedication over the years exemplifies her passion for SPP Miami’s mission, its people, and its continued success.
Herlin Melo
Plant Manager
With nearly a decade at Schwarz Partners Packaging Miami, Herlin Melo has progressed through various roles, from shift supervisor to plant superintendent, and now serves as plant manager. In each position, he has focused on optimizing operations, managing shift coverage, and leading teams to reach ambitious goals. Herlin values the strong sense of teamwork at SPP Miami, where colleagues support one another like family. Originally from the Bronx, New York, he attended Walton High School before beginning his career in the corrugated industry, with an early plan to join the Air Force that shifted when he chose to focus on family.
Herlin’s dedication to continuous learning and leadership development fuels his work, and he’s enthusiastic about contributing to SPP Miami’s future success. Outside of work, he enjoys dancing and has a passion for collecting sneakers, especially Jordans. Family is central to Herlin’s life, and at just 39, he’s proud to be a grandfather of two. Although he no longer has a pet, he fondly remembers his chocolate Labrador, who now lives happily with his father. Herlin’s commitment to growth and his team-oriented approach make him a respected leader at SPP Miami.
Wesley Monegro
Maintenance Manager
With 13 years at Schwarz Partners Packaging Miami, Wesley Monegro has grown from a maintenance technician to maintenance manager, where he now ensures smooth operations across the facility. Previously a parts manager, Wesley brings both technical expertise and organizational skill to his role. Originally from New Jersey, Wesley attended Carteret High School and later studied at Florida International University. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching his young sons’ tee-ball and baseball teams and spending time with his family, including their pet fish.
